As of now, Rural Bank of Cauayan Inc. has a total of 19 branches and 1 Extension Office operating in four provinces in Region 2–Isabela, Cagayan, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya with resources of over a Billion pesos; and a total of 217 employees.

Social responsibilities have been a part of Rural Bank of Cauayan’s distinctiveness. For 5 straight years the bank have been conducting Job fair in partnership with LGU Cauayan, DOLE & POEA as a simple way of helping the jobseekers find their employment. Last January 2015, Rural Bank of Cauayan sponsored a 3-day medical, dental, surgical and ophthalmology mission in cooperation with Wichita Falls Country Medical Alliance of North Texas and LGU Cauayan. Local and Fil-Am Doctors from USA collaborated to provide free medical aid to those who are less fortunate in life in Isabela.
